All payments for services are made in full upfront and are non-refundable, as they secure your appointment and our time. If you need to reschedule a non-bridal service, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability. All product sales are final unless the item arrives defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact us within seven days of receipt with proof, and we will provide a replacement or refund. Bridal payments, deposits, cancellations, and refund policies are outlined in your bridal contract, so please refer to it for specific terms.
